These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Renewals mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), published by Vicherana Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Renewals for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

The information in the app

Prices, promotional rates, renewal and cancellation terms, savings figures, cancellation steps, and negotiation tips shown in Renewals are indicative estimates compiled from public sources and user input. They change frequently and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and they vary by account, plan, region, and promotion. We do not set, control, verify, or guarantee any third party's pricing or terms. Always confirm the current details directly with the relevant provider before making a decision.

Reminders are a convenience

Renewals helps you keep track of dates, but reminders may be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control — including device settings, notification permissions, connectivity, email deliverability, and provider changes. You are solely responsible for managing, cancelling, renegotiating, and paying for your own subscriptions and bills. Do not rely on Renewals as your only safeguard against a charge or deadline.

No professional advice

Renewals is a personal organization tool. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

Third-party names and trademarks

Renewals references third-party companies and services only to help you identify and organize your own subscriptions. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. See our Disclaimers for details.

Purchases

Renewals is offered as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under its terms; we do not process or store your payment details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of information, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicherana Ventures LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any missed cancellation, charge, fee, price increase, loss, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on any information it presents.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
